leafy eye

march 2 2015

Once upon an orchid star, breezed
a moon made of mirrors clear.
Once upon a tree, the sun spoke
heart quakes to a Jupiter dust
and the twig breathed to the ocean
a leaf stone with blood wings

the fires of tomorrow, watered
the gardens of yesterday’s memory
of nowhere through the valley star

Came dancing a concerto, majestic,
about it’s tear maker. Came cradling
a boulder to the hourglass waters.
came the sun to ears of fertile earth.
dirt of sky sweat leaked paint rivers
Into the yesterthere of neverwhere.
